Hi! I'm Ashley, owner of Good Company Occasions

and overall party hostess enthusiast.

The GCO story began in a charming one-bedroom apartment on 12th Street where I lived throughout my mid 20's. I was always inviting friends over, and soon my teeny tiny living room became a gathering place for all sorts of get togethers - book club meetings, high school reunions, springtime brunches, and every occasion in-between. As my girl Taylor would say, it was a happy, free, confusing (in the best way) time :)

In the years since I lived in that apartment, I've been wanting to find a creative outlet to complement my enthusiasm for hosting these get togethers, something that would allow me to feel creative and explore my interests in other things I enjoyed too, like floral arranging and antiquing for glass and tableware. But most importantly I needed to incorporate my favorite hobby of all, spending time with good friends and family. 

 

Creating special occasions to share in a space that feels like home, and taking the time to make every get together a memorable experience - that's what makes me happiest, and that's what we want to bring to life for other's with Good Company.

As a Philadelphian of almost 7 years, I've admired (and hired!) many local businesses for parties and get togethers of all kinds.
